We are open every day, Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., but we ONLY receive (and for now) by appointment by calling the switchboard on 04 91 42 42 90.
You can thus have a face-to-face meeting according to your needs and necessities, with a member of the team:
- a facilitator: for your questions about sexual health, PrEP and questions about the transition,
- a social worker, for any administrative question,
a doctor and / or a nurse: for any medical question and STI screening, - a psychologist: for any question related to your mental well-being,
- a specialist in sexual health (only in tele-consultation): for any question concerning PrEP and sexual health.

Our no-appointment receptions on Tuesday and Friday afternoons, as well as our breakfast on Tuesday morning, such as French lessons for foreigners or workshops, are not relevant at the moment. We are waiting for the end of the health emergency to be able to welcome you again without an appointment and as a group.
